The
solution of the global increasing foodstuff's problem in connection
with growth of population is not in development new and new land regions
(ploughing up of steppes, deforestation, building of large places of
forest plots, drainage of bogs and the grounds etc.) and increasing
of livestock of domestic animals (that leads to the growth of consumption
of brought up agricultural production and to environmental pollution
- water, air and land), but is in principally new attitude to deep processing
of brought up agricultural production in conditions of the planned progress
in a stop of growth of a planet population, that gives the opportunity
to solve the planned progress of planet agriculture in the frameworks
of United Nations Organization.
Planless conducting of agriculture leads to infringement of flora and
fauna's balance when in a pursuit of the greatest possible profits,
in agriculture increases number of domestic animals (cows, sheep, pigs,
birds) which require more and more land territories (meadows, steppes
and tropical woods which are cut down under pastures) and which pollute
more and more reservoirs and consume the increasing quantity of fresh
water from which lack already the significant part of mankind now suffers.
Besides according to the United Nations, already now up to 45 % of a
grain from all brought up crop on a planet per one year, is used as
a forage for domestic animals, therefore it is easy to foresee, however
significant catastrophic consequences expect mankind in the fast future.
If already now, in England all for 25 years in connection with land
development, the number of wild birds was cut by half twice what global
changes will take place in 100 years. It will result in infringement
of natural fodder balance, disappearance of a significant amount of
fauna and flora species, global deficiency of fresh water.
The nearest and urgent tasks
- Deep processing of agricultural raw material with full without waste
manufacture allowing as much as possible to keep in a vegetative product
salutary unique properties of wildlife, so necessary for an alive organism
an energy potential and microelement vitamin structure;
- The nearest years all manufacture is maximum full to transfer exclusively
to consumption only the electric power received from application of
new development in the field of use of water, air, the sun and light
energy (hydroelectric power station such as "Siphon", wind
installations and solar (light) electro-batteries, storage batteries
of new types, such, as lithium and others;
- New kinds of processing equipment should be executed in the mobile
variant allowing process a brought up agricultural crop without use
gas and mineral oil as energy source maximum full in the shortest terms.

of the equipment that would allow processing them.
Not only such waste products of agricultural production as leafy tops
of root vegetables "potatoes, beet, carrots etc.", but also
stalks of sunflower, corn, bananas etc are subject of deep processing.
Non-polluting deep processing allows to let out agricultural production
as dried straw, cubes, powders, granules, tablets, capsules, juices,
teas, additives and to apply to children's, public and special catering,
pharmaceutical cosmetics, and also for manufacture of mixed fodders,
fertilizers, a packing material and medical fabrics.
Besides application of the new equipment and technologies allows cutting
production costs in some times due to:
- Reduction of energy expenses (refusal of feather, gas, mineral oil
and use only the electric power in a small amount;
- Reduction of technological process time and increase of productivity
(performance of several technological functions simultaneously, such
as disperigation and sterilization in one unit;
- Use of cold technology instead of high-temperature (preservation of
power of a product, increase of safety of work etc.)
Complex use of new technologies and the equipment allows at the same
financial expenses without increase of processed raw material amount
and to increase the income in some times due to release of wide assortment
of new kinds of production.
Joint cooperation in processing waste products of the canning industry
(husks of grapes, tomatoes, apples etc.) and qualitative raw material
in manufacture of tomato paste, fruit and vegetable puree, juices, powders,
biologically active additives, components for medical products etc is
suggested.

of incomes in 2-3 years will reach not less than 2 billions dollars
USA.

energy expenses in tens times. Millions tons of waste products agricultural
and the canning industry that now basically are thrown out and only
pollute an environment, at their full processing appreciably will help
in addition to solve a problem of shortage of the foodstuffs in the
world.
The flour, received from grain, fruit and vegetable waste products (husks)
has big biological active energetic value and must be used in food,
pharmaceutical industry, giving to finished goods treatment-and-prophylactic
properties with the set medical information. Besides the flour received
from agricultural waste products can be applied with the big success
in manufacture of the cosmetic and perfumery goods, fertilizers, fodders
for animals etc.
