The
technology of the biologically active products reception.
1)
The screw press with two screws and two counter-rotating knifes allows
to divide any vegetative raw materials (fruit, vegetables, grasses
etc.) into two fractions - pressed skins, which main contents are
biologically active components (up to 80 %) and pulp juice, quickly
and qualitatively.
It is possible to organize the vegetative raw materials processing
as a continuous process by means of the screw press application.
2) Dry vegetative raw materials pressed skins having humidity up to
12 %, without preliminary drying act in gaseous dynamic disintegrator
where are crushed up to the given dispersiveness, after the screw
press. Due to the crushing technology (by means of air) at the temperature
up to 40°C the biologically active powders received are not only keep
product's natural bio-energetic, but also raise it significantly,
that promotes the protective functions of an organism of a person
strengthening at the use. The grinding in the GDD (gaseous dynamic
disintegrator) occurs due to the crushed product's particles impact
carried by the compressed air stream. There is completely no opportunity
of entering of the metal deterioration particles in a crushed product
since there are no any rubbed among each other equipment details while
the crushed product is in the grinding chamber. The degree of a product
crushing is basically depends on the qualifier rotation speed, and
can reach up to 5 microns (1-3 cells). The product crushing occurs
due to the process of intercellular connections breaking but, at the
same time, the cell remains intact. This feature allows vegetative
raw materials crushing with the big fat content interest (more than
50 %), such, for example, as cocoa beans, nuts etc. whereas fats and
substances similar to fats (lipids) are the alive cell structural
elements. The humidity of the powder made is no more than 6 % that
allows to make their packaging and packing without any synthetic additives
application preventing the conglutination and clumpination, thus keeping
their full natural conditions at about 6 months storage period.
For long-term powder storage (more than 6 months), and also when the
components of medicines are manufacturing for the pharmaceutical industry
the obligatory granulation method is used.
3) The pulp juice passes sterilization on ultrasonic plant and further
can be used in an acting kind after the screw press. At the further
juice processing it's particulars are submitting on the diaphragm
plant consisting of a special design diaphragm filters several steps
which allows to divide juice into 2 basic fractions - the concentrated
juice and the structured water. At the clarification stage the pulp
juice acts on a special design diaphragm filter. The clarified juice,
as well as pulp juice, passing through a diaphragm filter one step
became suitable directly for use and can be packed into a various
hermetic packing (tetra-pack packages, glass vessels, bottles, jars
etc., cans, tins etc.).
The juice storage term is not less than 6 months.
For the concentrated juice making after pulp clearing the clarified
juice acts on a 2-nd step diaphragm filter, where passes the structured
water is separating (up to 70 %) from juice, creating the concentrated
juice with a concentrate degree as 1:7. The diaphragm filter application
for the concentrated juice making allows to refuse from an expensive
and large-sized equipment, as vacuum evaporate plant consuming a plenty
pair and electric power. Besides the diaphragm filter is capable to
concentrate juices without high temperatures (more than 40°C) application,
that completely keeps all food substances, including product's bio-energetic.
The filter work principle based on the phenomenon of detention the
food substances dissolved in juice by the semi-penetrability membrane,
at the certain pressure. Thus juice leaves the plant as a concentrate
containing all detained by a membrane nutrients. The rest of water
(structured) passes through the membrane.
The concentrated juice passes sterilization on ultrasonic plant and
packed into packages (the enameled capacities, large glass bottles
etc.)
4) The structured water received from vegetative raw materials (vegetables,
fruits, grasses etc.), is used in foodstuffs manufacture, pharmaceutical
and the increased efficiency cosmetic means is representing the main
interest. As well as juice, water does not pass thermal processing
and copes from one of the biggest dangers to the person - toxemia
or a metabolism infringement as a result of toxin penetration into
blood, better than any medicines. The structured water is capable
to delete poison gases, neutralizes acids, has rejuvenation and longevity
effect, is the unsurpassed carrier of bio-energetic ("vital force").
Such water most completely released from nutrients, keeps in itself
the initial physical structure and by the electric (frequency) properties
is harmoniously connected to bodies biorhythms and person's organism
in the whole. It (water) carries in the vegetative raw materials gathering
region environment condition spatial power and should be used as an
extremely effective treatment-and-prophylactic facility.
5) The concentrated juice moves into the vacuum dispersion plant where
passes the nutritious components dissolved in crystallization, additional
drying and its loss as powders, for the quick soluble powders keeping
completely the bio-energetic making.
The powders received this way, are not only dissolved in water quickly
and keep all the juice chemical compound, but also carry in completely
kept product's energy potential that makes it irreplaceable in children's,
special and public catering manufacture.
6) The powder received with the help of the gaseous dynamic disintegrator
and the diaphragm plant's structured water made from various kinds
of vegetative raw materials mixing represents a large interest. So,
for example, if the powders made of a melon with the structured water
from a raspberry mixed we'll receive a product with a melon's organoleptic
qualities and a chemical compound but with the full preservation of
a raspberry's physical (frequency) characteristics. I.e. it is possible
to receive anyone composite biologically active mixes from the various
vegetative raw materials, essentially new properties and qualities
that cannot be received with the existing technology help or genetic
engineering.
Or, during composite mixes making, such combinations as the garlic's
structured water with a powder of a strawberry, apples, plums etc.
